Although the algae is not harmful to the surfaces it comes into contact with, the stains it makes are not attractive. Removing it can be very dangerous without the proper equipment, it will require a little knowledge of what works, not to mention lots of elbow grease.

Soft Washing

Roofs, walls, paths and drives are colonized by moss, lichen and a host of other species which is unsightly to the material and as a result the appearance looks poorly maintained. Power washing alone cannot kill the spores that cause the dirty appearance on roofs, walls, paths and drives.
Biocidal wash kills spores and dramatically slows down the process regrowth, which means the property remain cleaner for longer. It receives remarkable results often restoring hard surfaces to their original condition
